As a member of our Project Execution PMO team, you'll have strengths managing people and processes, creating and managing delivery plans that typically span multiple lines of business and have firm-wide implications. Working with our Product partners and the senior owners in our business, you will set out plans for the future of the group, encompassing multiple portfolios of work, defining the next 3-5 years of our programs. In addition to collaborating with your colleagues in the Technology program team, you'll manage stakeholders across the firm to work toward the best possible outcomes day to day in the delivery of those programs, supporting our demand and change functions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Demand & roadmap planning and estimation, working closely with the Product and Technical delivery teams
  • Preparation and ownership of a long term delivery plan, supporting cross functional strategic direction of the group
  • Supporting the PMO function for Program Governance and Stakeholder engagement
  • Creation of deliverables through JIRA, reporting with a data driven focus on content and quality of JIRA in the demand space
  • Responsible for managing change process, and reconciliation of this to short and long term plan
  • Engagement with partners across line of business to identify, scope and manage cross impacts, and support annual planning
  • Forecasting and annual planning preparation across the group
  • Controls and improvements across the group for relevant process and delivery enhancements
  • Drives team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted PMO practices within the work environment to improve delivery speed, and operational outcomes (e.g., AI-assisted inputs, reviews, and reporting), while establishing consistent validation standards and promoting reuse of effective patterns across the team.
  • Applies knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain, including enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and automation capabilities, to improve the value realized by automation.

Required qualifications, capabilities & skills:

  • Ability to prepare and manage complicated roadmaps and delivery plans
  • Confident communicator, ability to adapt message to different audiences and distil key messages for senior level stakeholders
  • Ability to develop effective relationships, and reach across the firm when needed
  • Detail orientated, resilient and determined
  • Energetic, self-starting, curious, reliable, committed with a hunger to learn, drive improvements and change
  • JIRA and Agile experience
  • Java knowledge (coding not required)
  • Demonstrated experience leading effective use of approved AI-assisted PMO tools with the ability to set team expectations for validating AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
  • Strong understanding of responsible AI use in delivery lifecycle workflows, including data sensitivity considerations, secure handling of inputs/outputs, and adherence to appropriate controls; experience coaching project/program managers on safe, compliant adoption within delivery practices.
