As an Investment Middle Office Services (IMOS) Client Operations Associate in the IMOS Client Operations team, you will manage day-to-day client interactions and support service delivery across post-trade activities in a controlled environment. You will coordinate with operational partners to meet service level agreements, provide oversight and escalation support, and help identify trends that inform process improvements and resiliency.

Job responsibilitiesManage incoming and outgoing client queries, requests, and escalations across post-trade products and workflowsCoordinate with operational teams to meet service level agreements and client expectationsPerform daily oversight checks on key activities and escalate issues to appropriate partnersPrepare and deliver recurring client reporting aligned to agreed service measuresSupport incident management routines, including tracking, status updates, and follow-up to closureParticipate in client meetings and support action tracking and outcomesConduct trend analysis to identify control enhancements and process improvement opportunitiesBuild effective working relationships with internal partners and external third partiesLiaise with external providers such as brokers, custodians, transfer agents, and vendors to resolve breaks and inquiriesMonitor relevant market changes and operational impacts, escalating as neededSupport onboarding activities such as new fund launches, product launches, and service change initiativesRequired qualifications, capabilities and skillsDemonstrated experience supporting client service in investment operations, post-trade, or middle office environmentsWorking knowledge of one or more relevant product areas (e.g., equities, fixed income, foreign exchange, cash markets, derivatives, or repurchase agreements)Understanding of fund accounting concepts, including investment book of record (IBOR) processes and net asset value (NAV) production considerationsAbility to manage multiple priorities, maintain accuracy, and deliver under time-sensitive deadlinesAbility to investigate issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive timely resolution with partnersProven ability to communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders, including in escalation scenariosAbility to apply sound risk awareness and maintain appropriate operational controls and documentationProficiency with standard productivity tools used for reporting, analysis, and communication (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, and email)Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skillsDeveloping experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes.J.P.
