Overview
In this role, you drive transformation within the CDO by coordinating cross‑functional programs that align technology and business priorities. You’ll lead complex, cross‑functional technology programs in agile environments, ensuring on‑time delivery and clear stakeholder communication. You influence decision‑making, manage risks, and advance standardized project governance using AI‑assisted methods. You’ll partner with senior leaders to deliver high‑impact data initiatives that support internal clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage end‑to‑end project plans with Agile and traditional approaches
- Monitor progress, provide status updates, and ensure scope alignment with business goals
- Lead project working forums and steering committees
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, escalate when needed
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define scope and deliverables
- Support operating model design and change readiness
- Contribute to process improvement and adoption of AI tools
- Utilize advanced analytics to assess program performance and drive data‑driven optimizations
- Use enterprise‑authorized AI capabilities to accelerate planning and risk synthesis, with validation and data sensitivity controls
- Promote reuse‑first, AI‑assisted governance and reporting with human review
Key requirements
- Formal training or certification in technical program management concepts and advanced applied experience
- Experience delivering complex cross‑functional technology programs in fast‑paced, agile settings
- Excellent stakeholder and vendor management and ability to influence decisions
- Technical fluency with the ability to simplify complex processes and own end‑to‑end lifecycle
- Strong analytical, data‑driven mindset with measurable impact
- Outstanding communication with executive‑level presentation skills (PowerPoint) and written/verbal messaging
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with attention to detail under tight deadlines; experience with Monday.com, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Copilot
- Experience using enterprise‑authorized AI for program workflows with strong validation and data sensitivity awareness
