Join our global Regulatory Operations team to play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with complex regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the strategic agenda and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. As a Business Manager – Associate within the Regulatory Operations, you will be part of a team that drives strategic regulatory initiatives and enhances our regulatory operations.

Job responsibilities

  • Maintain strong organizational disciplines, adhering to policies and standards, and organizing internal procedures and documentation.
  • Contribute to managing the financial reporting suite, preparing, and distributing monthly reports to senior management for strategic insights.
  • Project manage and deliver key workstreams, communicating effectively with business partners to drive next steps.
  • Contribute to managing the group's headcount and expense budgets, identifying efficiency opportunities, and planning resources.
  • Enhance processes and ensure consistent support across all teams while supporting day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate and facilitate regular Business Management cadence meetings, preparing agendas and materials.
  • Support key forums, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and tracking follow-up actions.
