Document & Business Solutions (DBS) is the company’s primary office-based services provider for the firm, globally, operating across APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and NAMR in more than 50 cities. DBS is responsible for providing vital products and services, including creative and design, document creation, print and copy, mail distribution, messenger, courier, fulfillment, scanning and archiving services. Additionally, DBS manages a suite of products, including office printers, mail digitization and the DBS online service platform.
As an Associate in Business Support Management, you will support global governance, risk and control activities across Document & Business Solutions by partnering with business and control functions. You will help maintain a strong control environment through monitoring, reporting, issue management and continuous process improvement. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions and support key operational risk initiatives.
Job responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for risk and control matters, partnering with stakeholders across business and control functions.
- Support analysis of the risk and control environment to identify gaps, determine root causes and drive remediation.
- Review applicable regulatory and governance requirements and support implementation of control expectations.
- Conduct control monitoring, testing and process reviews across supported processes.
- Coordinate walkthroughs and deep dives with stakeholders and ensure actions are documented and tracked.
- Track remediation of operational incidents and control breaks and support timely issue closure.
- Analyze process health and compliance metrics and produce recurring and ad hoc reporting.
- Maintain process documentation, procedures and controls documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Partner with Audit, Compliance, Operational Risk and other control functions on reviews and assessments.
- Support third-party oversight activities, including coordination and reporting for reviews.
- Support privacy compliance activities, incident response coordination and remediation tracking.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in financial services or another regulated environment, with experience in controls, audit, quality assurance, operational risk management, compliance or related operational disciplines.
- Strong understanding of risk management, controls and compliance frameworks.
- Experience supporting monitoring and testing activities, regulatory expectations and governance requirements.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence and drive outcomes across multiple teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, support issue resolution and produce clear documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.

- Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into practical control and process actions.
- Demonstrated root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting change management activities, including procedure and controls documentation updates.
