As an Asset Analyst in the Global Broker Dealer Asset Servicing team, you will help ensure income events and related reconciliations are completed accurately and on time across multiple markets. You will work with us to investigate breaks, resolve queries, and escalate risks appropriately, while supporting a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
Job responsibilities- Investigate and resolve equity income breaks
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, external counterparties, and agents to drive issue resolution
- Process dividends, coupons, and manufactured income across multiple markets
- Investigate and resolve complex enquiries and exceptions
- Reconcile activity and validate outputs to maintain daily accuracy and control
- Identify potential operational risks, escalate concerns, and support ongoing break reviews
- Troubleshoot system-related issues impacting processing and controls
- Support teammates during peak volumes to help maintain service levels
- Demonstrated operational risk awareness and sound escalation judgment within financial services
- Strong attention to detail and a consistent focus on accuracy
