You will work closely with global partners to resolve discrepancies, answer service inquiries, and maintain strong risk and control discipline. We value precision, teamwork, and a constructive mindset that looks for ways to simplify, standardize, and improve the operating model.Job responsibilitiesCapture and validate voluntary corporate action announcements accurately and on timePerform daily controls and core processing routines to support a strong control environmentProduce and maintain required metrics and operational reporting for the teamInvestigate operational issues, driving items through to resolution with stakeholdersEscalate risk, control, or client-impact concerns promptly and appropriatelyCommunicate processing considerations, deadlines, and risks clearly to partners and managementSupport client service inquiries with timely, accurate responses and proper documentationMaintain audit readiness by updating procedures, evidence, and process documentation as neededParticipate in contingency and recovery routines, including testing and readiness activitiesContribute improvement ideas and support delivery of process, control, and technology changesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience processing corporate actions in an operations environmentKnowledge of asset servicing products and upstream/downstream process dependenciesUnderstanding of regional market practices and timelines for asset servicing eventsDemonstrated attention to detail and commitment to high-quality, accurate processingAbility to prioritize competing deadlines and manage workflow effectively under time pressureProven risk and control mindset, including adherence to procedures and timely escalationAnalytical problem-solving skills, with ability to investigate root cause and follow through to closureClear written and verbal communication skills for partner and stakeholder interactionsAbility to collaborate effectively with global teams across time zones and functionsComfort working with manual and system-driven workflows, including documenting outcomes and evidencePreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience in reconciliations, settlements, trade support, custody, or fund accountingExperience partnering with middle office, client service, or product teams on operational deliveryExposure to operational risk management, audit support, or control testing activitiesDemonstrated experience supporting process improvement or change delivery initiativesFamiliarity with workflow tools and producing operational performance metrics and dashboardsJ.P.
