b Overview /b p In this role you enable Asset Management Data Product Managers to deliver data products effectively at scale. You will work within the Data Platform team to provide hands-on guidance across the product lifecycle, from intake to deployment and maturity tracking. You partner with domain teams to embed the operating model and practical playbooks, templates, and artifacts that support consistent execution. You drive adoption, unblock teams, and ensure portfolio visibility and alignment across portfolios. This is a chance to shape data product delivery and enable cross-functional collaboration in a leading financial services firm. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Serve as the enablement partner to Data Product Managers, shaping data product scope and delivery plans from intake through launch /li li Run enablement sessions to unblock issues related to intake, prioritization, dependencies, documentation, and lifecycle progression /li li Translate the operating model into practical guidance, including playbooks, templates, and checklists /li li Guide Data Product Managers in producing lifecycle artifacts (intake, ownership clarity, documentation, maturity, readiness milestones) /li li Support portfolio visibility with accurate status, dependencies, risks, and release readiness inputs, ensuring consistent updates across portfolios /li li Collaborate with Transformation to embed operating model requirements into day-to-day execution /li li Coordinate with peer platform Product Owners to route needs and avoid duplication for end users /li li Identify recurring friction points and escalate adoption blockers to tooling/feature delivery teams /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Demonstrated experience enabling product or program delivery in a data or analytics environment /li li Strong understanding of data product concepts and lifecycle management /li li Ability to translate operating model and process requirements into actionable guidance /li li Experience working in a platform team model with multiple Product Owners and shared stakeholders /li li Excellent communication across technical, business, and transformation stakeholders /li li Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills /li li Experience delivering iterative rollouts of operating model adoption and managing multi-phase roadmaps /li /ul ul li excellent communication /li li stakeholder management /li li facilitation of working sessions /li li data product concepts /li li lifecycle management /li li operating model translation /li /ul
