JP Healthcare Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an established children's residential provider seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead one of its Ofsted-regulated homes in Wiltshire.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management of an Ofsted-registered children's home.
- Ensure compliance with Children's Homes Regulations, Quality Standards and safeguarding legislation.
- Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing staff team.
- Manage budgets, staffing and service performance.
- Build positive relationships with professionals, families and external agencies.
- Promote a nurturing, therapeutic and child-centred environment.
- Prepare for and maintain successful Ofsted inspections.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within children's residential care, or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up.
- Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards).
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
