JP Healthcare Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an established children's residential provider seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead one of its Ofsted-regulated homes in Wiltshire.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation committed to delivering exceptional care and achieving positive outcomes for children and young people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day management of an Ofsted-registered children's home.
  • Ensure compliance with Children's Homes Regulations, Quality Standards and safeguarding legislation.
  • Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing staff team.
  • Manage budgets, staffing and service performance.
  • Build positive relationships with professionals, families and external agencies.
  • Promote a nurturing, therapeutic and child-centred environment.
  • Prepare for and maintain successful Ofsted inspections.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager within children's residential care, or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up.
  • Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards).
  • Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
