We are recruiting a Senior Residential Support Worker to support children and young people with complex needs (EBD) in a residential setting. You will support the management team in delivering high-quality, safe, and nurturing care, while leading by example on shift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred care and emotional support
  • Act as a key worker and maintain accurate records
  • Support care planning, risk assessments, and safeguarding
  • Promote positive behaviour and independence
  • Lead shifts and support junior staff

Requirements

  • Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years’ residential childcare experience
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding & trauma-informed care
  • Experience with challenging behaviour / complex needs
