We are recruiting a Senior Residential Support Worker to support children and young people with complex needs (EBD) in a residential setting. You will support the management team in delivering high-quality, safe, and nurturing care, while leading by example on shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care and emotional support
- Act as a key worker and maintain accurate records
- Support care planning, risk assessments, and safeguarding

Requirements
- Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years’ residential childcare experience
