You will support the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager with the day-to-day running of the home, lead shifts, supervise staff and help ensure high standards of care and safeguarding. Requirements: * Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent * Minimum 2 years’ residential childcare experience * Knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards * Strong safeguarding knowledge * Ability to lead shifts and support staff Senior-level experience within residential childcare is desirable.
