Location: Chipping, Preston / PR3
Salary: £55,000 £63,000 per annum + bonuses
Hours: Monday Friday, 9am 5pm + scheduled on-call

JP Healthcare Recruitment is supporting a growing children s residential care provider in the recruitment of an experienced Registered Manager for a home in the PR3 area of Lancashire.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced children s residential care professional to lead and develop a strong staff team, create a positive culture within the home and deliver outstanding outcomes for children and young people.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day running of the children's home
- Recruit, develop and lead a high-performing residential care team
- Maintain a safe, structured and nurturing environment
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding standards
- Oversee care quality, staff performance and service development
- Build strong relationships with children, families, social workers and external professionals
- Drive continuous improvement and strong Ofsted outcomes
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years senior experience within children s EBD residential care
- Previous leadership or management experience within a children s home
- Experience with Ofsted registration, inspections or both
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and Children s Homes Regulations
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
- Level 5 Leadership & Management preferred, or willingness to complete
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
A strong track record of achieving or maintaining Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes would be highly desirable.
