JP Healthcare Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager for a 3-bed EBD children’s home in the NW1 area of London. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the reopening of an existing home and build a stable, therapeutic environment for young people. This position would suit a passionate and experienced leader who is committed to achieving positive outcomes and building a strong, child-focused team culture.
What’s on offer:
- Base salary of £52,000
- Realistic earnings up to £58,600 through bonuses
- £3,000 car allowance or company car (£5,400 value)
- £300 per month occupancy bonus at full occupancy
- Ofsted bonus scheme:
- £3,000 for Outstanding
- £1,500 for Good
- 32 days annual leave including bank holidays
- Additional annual leave increase for first 3 years of service
- Supportive senior leadership structure
- Shared on-call responsibility with Deputy Manager

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within children’s residential care
- Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
- Passion for leading teams and improving outcomes for young people
- Full UK driving licence preferred
