You will lead the service, manage and develop the staff team, maintain excellent safeguarding standards and ensure the home remains fully compliant with Ofsted requirements. Requirements * Experience within children’s residential care * At least one year at senior or management level * Strong knowledge of safeguarding and Ofsted regulations * Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification, or willingness to work towards it * Strong leadership and communication skills Package * £53,000–£62,000 per annum * 28 days’ holiday including bank holidays * Permanent, full-time role * Supportive leadership structure This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check
