JP Healthcare Recruitment is seeking experienced Senior Residential Care Practitioners to join a specialist children's residential service in Derby. Working within a 2-bed therapeutic home, you will provide high-quality care while leading shifts, supporting staff development and ensuring positive outcomes for young people.
Requirements
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, Level 3 Health & Social Care or Level 4 CYPF qualification
- Minimum 1 year's experience managing or leading a team
- Children's Residential Care experience essential
- Full UK Driving Licence
- EBD experience
Hours & Benefits
- Average of 10 shifts per month
- 3-week rolling rota
- Sleep-ins included
- Salary review following successful probation
- 360 hours annual leave entitlement
