We are recruiting an enthusiastic and dedicated Residential Support Worker to join a children's residential home supporting young people with learning disabilities. The Role
- Provide high-quality care and emotional support to children and young people.
- Promote independence, confidence and positive outcomes.
- Support daily routines, education and recreational activities.
- Build positive relationships with young people and professionals.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning.
- Ensure the home remains a safe, caring and supportive environment.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with children or young people in a residential or care setting.
- A caring, resilient and positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Level 3 qualification in Children & Young People's Workforce (or willingness to work towards it).
- Flexibility to work a rota including weekends, sleep-ins and bank holidays.
- A full UK driving licence is desirable.
