JP Healthcare Recruitment is recruiting a Senior Residential Children’s Support Worker for a solo children’s home in Basildon.

Role:

  • Support management and lead shifts
  • Provide therapeutic care and structure
  • Maintain safeguarding and Ofsted standards
  • Mentor junior staff

Shift Pattern: 3-week rolling rota including long days & sleep-ins (7:30am–11pm range)

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Residential Childcare (essential)
  • Children’s residential experience
  • Strong safeguarding knowledge
  • Driver desirable
