JP Healthcare Recruitment is recruiting a Senior Residential Children’s Support Worker for a solo children’s home in Basildon.
Role:
- Support management and lead shifts
- Provide therapeutic care and structure
- Maintain safeguarding and Ofsted standards
- Mentor junior staff
Shift Pattern: 3-week rolling rota including long days & sleep-ins (7:30am–11pm range)
Requirements:
- Level 3 Residential Childcare (essential)
- Children’s residential experience
- Strong safeguarding knowledge
- Driver desirable
