JP Healthcare Recruitment is working with an established children’s residential care provider to recruit an experienced Registered Children’s Home Manager for a 2-bed children’s home in Barking & Dagenham.

The Role

You will be responsible for the overall management of the home, ensuring high-quality, child-centred care and full compliance with Ofsted regulations.

Key duties include:

  • Day-to-day management of the children’s home
  • Ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards and safeguarding requirements
  • Leading, supporting and developing the staff team
  • Preparing for and managing Ofsted inspections
  • Maintaining accurate records and care documentation

Requirements

  • Experience as a Registered Manager in children’s residential care
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and quality standards
  • Level 5 Diploma (or working towards)
  • Excellent leadership, communication and safeguarding skills
