JP Healthcare Recruitment is working with an established children’s residential care provider to recruit an experienced Registered Children’s Home Manager for a 2-bed children’s home in Barking & Dagenham.
The Role
You will be responsible for the overall management of the home, ensuring high-quality, child-centred care and full compliance with Ofsted regulations.
Key duties include:
- Day-to-day management of the children’s home
- Ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards and safeguarding requirements
- Leading, supporting and developing the staff team
- Preparing for and managing Ofsted inspections
- Maintaining accurate records and care documentation
Requirements
- Experience as a Registered Manager in children’s residential care
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and quality standards
- Level 5 Diploma (or working towards)
- Excellent leadership, communication and safeguarding skills
