JP Growth Partners works with fast-growing businesses to accelerate their sales and marketing performance through freelance sales partnerships.

We currently partner with companies across web development, digital solutions, and the motorhome industry (mentorship) — helping them scale through powerful programmes, digital services, and growth systems that deliver measurable results.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a driven and confident Sales Consultant to join us on a freelance basis. You’ll be representing a portfolio of partners — from digital agencies and web developers to a leading business academy in the motorhome and leisure sector (+ many more to come).

Your role will focus on selling high-value services and programmes that help business owners and sales teams grow their revenue, skills, and digital presence.

This is a commission-only role, giving you full control over your time and income. With consistency and drive, realistic OTE is £1,000 – £10,000+ per month

The Role

  • Prospect and engage with business owners across our partner sectors
  • Present digital solutions, mentorships, and academy offers to decision-makers
  • Manage your own outreach (cold calling), pipeline, and follow-ups
  • Work flexibly from anywhere, with full autonomy over your schedule
  • Represent JP Growth Partners and our partners professionally and with integrity

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven B2B sales experience (2+ years preferred)
  • Confident in outreach, prospecting, and closing deals
  • A self-starter who thrives on independence and commission
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
