We are seeking a passionate Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children.

A qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly desirable. Strong communication skills in English are required to effectively engage with children and families. Leadership qualities are advantageous for managing activities and guiding less experienced staff members. Familiarity with nursery settings and the ability to manage various tasks simultaneously will be beneficial.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement engaging educational activities that cater to the developmental needs of children.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children to explore and learn.
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to each child's education.
  • Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and adapting activities as necessary.
  • Manage daily routines, including meal times, playtime, and rest periods.
  • Promote positive behaviour through effective guidance and support.
  • Work as part of a team to maintain high standards of care and education within the nursery setting.
