We have a brilliant opportunity for a Utility Surveyor to join an award-winning Geospatial team, managing a team in the field and from our head office in Surrey. As a Utility Surveyor you will get to work with the latest digital mapping technology, our own innovative methodologies, and on some of the highest profile infrastructure projects in the UK. If you have at least two years’ experience project managing field surveys, an appetite for career progression, and a talent for mentoring and leading a team this might just be the role for you. When on site, start times are often required to be flexible depending on the location and project type being undertaken. * Occasional night works will also be required, which are paid at enhanced night rates. * We value work-life balance and can accommodate partial remote working. * A larger proportion of your time will be spent away from your desk, out on site, in and around London primarily. About you: You should apply for this role if you: * Have at least two years’ experience working in the utility mapping industry * Demonstrable and extensive experience with EML, GPR, GPS, the latest digital Total Stations and CAD packages. * Want a clear career progression pathway * Enjoy mentoring and leading a team * Have a full clean UK manual driving license It would be an advantage (but it’s not essential) if you to have: * NVQ3 in utility mapping or equivalent survey related qualification * Have at least 2 years’ experience in delivering high quality utility surveys
