Role
- Support and lead the design of civil or structural engineering elements on development projects
- Work across residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes from concept through to delivery
- Produce technical drawings, reports and design calculations
- Liaise with clients, architects, contractors and wider design teams
- Assist with project coordination and delivery activities
- Contribute to highways, drainage and infrastructure design where required
- Ensure all work is delivered accurately and to project deadlines
- Support senior staff and help mentor junior engineers
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in civil or structural engineering
- Experience within a consultancy or development environment
- Strong technical understanding of engineering design principles
- Experience with relevant software (AutoCAD, Civil3D or similar desirable)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ambitious and keen to progress into a Senior Engineer role
