Sales Manager – Fast Growth Brand – £60-70k & Bonus\\n\\n📍 Peterborough | 💼 Full-Time | 💷 Circa £60 – £70k + package\\n\\nFMCG Jobs is excited to be working exclusively with a fast-growing wholesale business based in Peterborough, a supplier of choice to restaurants, QSR brands, and convenience retailers across the region.\\n\\nAs they continue to expand, they’re looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to take ownership of sales, marketing, and purchasing, driving performance, improving margin, and helping shape the future of the business.\\n\\nThis is a newly created and critical role, reporting directly into the MD and Head of Operations. It offers a genuine opportunity to make a big impact from day one.\\n\\nWhat you’ll be doing:\\n\\n * Leading and delivering the overall commercial strategy\\n\\n * Managing and motivating a small sales team to hit (and exceed!) targets\\n\\n * Getting under the skin of performance data and using insights to guide decisions\\n\\n * Overseeing supplier relationships and negotiating the best possible terms\\n\\n * Making sure marketing, sales and purchasing are working in sync\\n\\n * Leading short, focused daily sales huddles (3–4 per week) to keep the team energised and on track\\n\\n * Being a key contact for customers and building long-term relationships, especially in QSR and retail\\n\\nWhat they’re looking for:\\n\\nYou’ll likely have a background in wholesale, FMCG, foodservice or QSR, and be comfortable working across both sales and purchasing.
