We’re looking for an experienced Measured Building Surveyor to join a busy and growing surveying team working across a wide range of exciting residential, commercial, and industrial projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining site-based work with technical CAD and BIM production, delivering high-quality measured survey outputs for architects, developers, and construction professionals.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Carrying out detailed measured building surveys on site
  • Using total stations, laser scanners, and other modern surveying equipment
  • Producing accurate 2D CAD drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections)
  • Developing 3D Revit / BIM models where required
  • Ensuring all survey data is precise, consistent, and delivered to deadline
  • Working closely with clients and internal project teams
