The Opportunity
- Providing full quantity surveying and cost management services.
- Preparing cost plans, estimates, budgets and tender documentation.
- Managing procurement and tender processes.
- Producing accurate cost reports and forecasts.
- Undertaking valuations and managing variations and change control.
- Supporting contract administration and final accounts.
- Providing commercial advice to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Working closely with clients, contractors, consultants and project teams.
- Taking an active role in developing client relationships and winning new work.
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team as your experience develops.
What We're Looking For
- MRICS qualification, or are close to achieving chartership.
- Strong quantity surveying and cost management experience.
- Experience within a consultancy, contractor or client-side environment.
- Good knowledge of procurement, contracts, cost planning and reporting.
