The Role:

You will be responsible for carrying out a range of surveying works across residential, commercial, and development sites, including:

  • Topographic and land surveys
  • Measured building surveys (2D / 3D)
  • Boundary and setting-out surveys
  • Site visits and data collection
  • Producing accurate drawings and survey reports

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in land or measured building surveying
  • Proficient with surveying equipment (e.g. total station, GPS, laser scanning)
  • Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD preferred)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Relevant surveying qualification or working towards one
  • Experience with utility surveys or 3D scanning
