We are a growing land surveying company based in Newcastle, looking to recruit a Land Surveyor to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career with a professional and supportive company.
The Role:
You will be responsible for carrying out a range of surveying works across residential, commercial, and development sites, including:
- Topographic and land surveys
- Measured building surveys (2D / 3D)
- Boundary and setting-out surveys
- Site visits and data collection
- Producing accurate drawings and survey reports
Requirements:
- Previous experience in land or measured building surveying
- Proficient with surveying equipment (e.g. total station, GPS, laser scanning)
- Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD preferred)
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable (but not essential):
- Relevant surveying qualification or working towards one
- Experience with utility surveys or 3D scanning
