We are working with a fast-growing, multi-disciplinary building consultancy in Cheshire who are looking to add a Measured Building Surveyor to their expanding team. This is a great opportunity to work on a wide range of residential, commercial and redevelopment projects, producing high-quality survey data that shapes the built environment.
You will be out on site capturing accurate building information using modern surveying techniques and equipment, then transforming that data into detailed CAD drawings and models that architects, engineers and clients rely on.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in measured building surveying or building measurement work
- Strong skills in AutoCAD (Revit experience is a bonus)
- Ability to produce accurate floor plans, elevations and sections
- Understanding of surveying techniques and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
- A proactive, methodical and quality-focused approach
