Document Controller
The Opportunity
Are you an experienced Document Controller looking for your next challenge?
Join a growing and ambitious geostructural business delivering innovative projects across London, the Home Counties and the South Coast.
You’ll play a key role in managing project information, drawings, RFIs and documentation across multiple live projects, working closely with design teams, clients and senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and issue project drawings and documentation.
- Control revisions, registers and document workflows.
- Issue and monitor RFIs and chase responses.
- Carry out QA checks on drawings, filenames and metadata.
- Manage CDE platforms and project filing systems.
- Support O&M manuals, handover and project close-out.
- Keep project information accurate, organised and up to date.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is
- Experienced in Document Control within construction, engineering or design.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident using CDE/EDMS systems such as Aconex, Asite, Procore or Viewpoint/4Projects.
- Strong with Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Proactive, reliable and confident communicating with clients and design teams.
