Service Description: Provide PMO services to support programme governance and administration.
Key Activities:
- Establish and operate programme governance frameworks.
- Maintain programme controls including RAID logs, plans, financial tracking, and reporting.
- Support governance forums, assurance reviews, and decision‑making processes.

Contribution to the definition, design, delivery, and adoption of solutions, ensuring that business needs are fully understood and translated into effective outcomes.
