Our client is one of the fastest growing multi-disciplinary survey practices in the UK, offering full visibility above and below the ground with nationwide coverage. They now require a Topographical Surveyor in Cornwall.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct a wide range of land surveys using a range of techniques and equipment
  • Undertake measured building surveys using laser scanners
  • Produce 2D measured survey drawings – Floor plans, Elevations, Roof Plans, Sections

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in land surveying and measured building surveys
  • Proficiency in GPS, total stations, and AutoCAD
  • Current CSCS card
  • Full UK driving license
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills

Preferred

  • Experience in Trimble S7 / S9 total stations with TSC5 controller and GPS units
  • Experience using Trimble X9 laser scanners
  • Experience in N4CE would be preferable but not essential; full training will be provided
