Our client is one of the fastest growing multi-disciplinary survey practices in the UK, offering full visibility above and below the ground with nationwide coverage. They now require a Topographical Surveyor in Cornwall.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a wide range of land surveys using a range of techniques and equipment
- Undertake measured building surveys using laser scanners
- Produce 2D measured survey drawings – Floor plans, Elevations, Roof Plans, Sections
Qualifications
- Proven experience in land surveying and measured building surveys
- Proficiency in GPS, total stations, and AutoCAD
- Current CSCS card
- Full UK driving license
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Preferred
- Experience in Trimble S7 / S9 total stations with TSC5 controller and GPS units
- Experience using Trimble X9 laser scanners
- Experience in N4CE would be preferable but not essential; full training will be provided
