Land / Setting Out Surveyor — Hull | Up to £50,000 + Benefits Are you ready to take the lead on-site and set the standard for precision? We’re seeking a skilled Land / Setting Out Surveyor to join a our dynamic client\’s growing team in Hull, delivering top-tier construction and infrastructure projects across the region. 💼 The Role: * Conducting accurate setting out on-site for various civil and structural works * Using the latest surveying equipment (e.g. Total Stations, GPS, AutoCAD) * Working alongside engineers, project managers and site teams * Ensuring compliance with technical drawings and specifications * Carrying out as-built surveys and reporting to senior stakeholders 🎯 What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience in setting out and land surveying * Proficient with surveying tools and software * Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness * Great communication and problem-solving skills * CSCS card and relevant qualifications (desirable) 💷 Salary & Benefits: * Up to £50,000 per annum (DOE) * Company vehicle or car allowance * Paid mileage and expenses * Pension scheme & 28+ days holiday * Ongoing training and career development 📍 Location: Based in Hull, with projects across Yorkshire and beyond
