A leading civil engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor / Setting Out Engineer to support a range of projects across the Highlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to take the next step in their career.
The Role
- Conducting topographical and measured building surveys
- Setting out for civil engineering and construction projects
- Using GPS, Total Stations, and surveying software
- Ensuring accuracy, quality control, and compliance on-site
- Collaborating with site managers and project teams
- Travelling to sites across the Highlands and occasionally further afield
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in land surveying and/or setting out
- Proficiency with Leica, Trimble, or similar equipment
- Strong understanding of construction drawings
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and within a team
