Graduate Transport Planner – London

£25,000 – £27,000 | Permanent | Entry-Level Role

The Role

  • Assisting with Transport Assessments, Transport Statements and Travel Plans
  • Analysing transport, traffic and accessibility data
  • Supporting junction modelling and basic transport analysis
  • Preparing reports for planning applications
  • Working alongside senior planners and engineers
  • Gaining experience with industry-standard software and tools

Essential Requirements

  • Degree in Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, Geography, or similar
  • Strong analytical and written communication skills
  • Interest in transport, infrastructure, and sustainable mobility
  • Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Right to work in the UK

Desirable (Not Essential)

  • Internship or placement within transport or planning
  • Exposure to modelling software (LinSig, Junctions, VISSIM, etc.)
  • Interest in working towards CIHT or TPS membership
