About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Geo-Environmental Engineer, Geotechnical Engineer or Engineering Geologist to join our client in Oxford. The ideal candidate will have experience working on brownfield development projects for a consultancy or site investigation contractor.

Project Scope

The role will involve working on various technical phases of projects both on-site and in the office. You will gain experience across earthworks (specifications and implementation), foundation design, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in geology/engineering geology/geotechnics/geoenvironmental engineering or related field
  • Experience with phase 1 & 2 site investigations in the UK, including logging soil & rock samples and site monitoring
  • Ability to deliver reports on a factual and/or interpretive basis
  • UK driving license
