Our client has grown and evolved and offers expert advice, guidance and comprehensive services to multiple clints UK wide ,from hazardous materials surveying to radiation training, and environmental advisory services, Geomatics and Sustainability The Geomatics team work across commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects, using the latest technology and work UK wide They are now looking for a Land Surveyor / Topographical Surveyor to join the growing Midlands team — working on some of the UK’s most exciting projects. What You’ll Actually Be Doing * Carrying out topographical and measured building surveys * Using the latest GNSS, total stations & laser scanning tech * Turning field data into accurate drawings and models * Working on projects across construction, infrastructure & development * Getting out on-site instead of staring at the same four office walls all week * Being part of a team that genuinely knows their stuff What We’re Looking For * Experience in land or topographical surveying * Confidence with AutoCAD, N4CE, LSS or similar software * Someone who enjoys solving problems and working independently * Full UK driving licence Benefits Salary £(phone number removed) + OT * Competitive salary based on experience * Company vehicle or allowance * Pension & benefits package * Career progression and training opportunities * Modern equipment and interesting projects
