An established and growing geoenvironmental consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Geoenvironmental Engineer / Engineering Geologist to join its Burton upon Trent office. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of geotechnical and contaminated land projects across the UK while progressing your career within a supportive and professional environment.
The Role
- Managing and supervising site investigations
- Producing geotechnical and geoenvironmental reports
- Completing GQRA assessments and foundation assessments
- Supervising remediation, validation, and earthworks projects
- Mentoring junior staff and attending client meetings
About You
- A degree in Earth Sciences or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ UK experience in contaminated land and geotechnical investigations
- Strong knowledge of UK regulatory guidance and British Standards
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- A full UK Driving Licence
Experience with OpenGround, AutoCAD, QGIS, or coal mining investigations would be advantageous.
