We are seeking a Land & Measured Building Surveyor with at least 2 years' experience to join our growing team based in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated surveyor looking to develop their career within a professional and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out topographical surveys and measured building surveys
- Producing accurate survey drawings using AutoCAD (or similar CAD software)
- Working with survey equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners
- Processing survey data and ensuring high levels of accuracy and quality
- Liaising with clients, architects, and project teams as required
- Undertaking site work across Bristol and the surrounding areas
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in land and measured building surveying
- Strong understanding of survey methodologies and best practice
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (or equivalent)
- Experience using modern survey equipment and software
- Good attention to detail and time management skills
- Full UK driving licence
