We are seeking a Graduate Engineering Geologist to join our growing geotechnical and geo-environmental team based in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to begin their career within a supportive consultancy environment, working on a wide range of infrastructure, development, and environmental projects.
The Role
As a Graduate Engineering Geologist, you will support the delivery of site investigations and ground engineering projects, gaining hands-on experience both on site and in the office while working closely with experienced engineers and geologists.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with ground investigations and site supervision
- Logging soils and rocks in accordance with UK standards
- Collecting and interpreting field and laboratory data
- Supporting the preparation of factual and interpretative reports
- Assisting with risk assessments and method statements
- Liaising with contractors and internal project teams
About You
- Degree in Geology, Engineering Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related discipline
- Strong interest in geotechnical and ground investigation work
- Willingness to undertake site-based work across the region
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Full UK driving licence (or working towards)
