We are looking for a Branch Administrator to join our team in Ramsey.
Responsibilities
- Develop great relationships with new and existing customers and suppliers (both face to face and over the phone), understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible.
- Proactively deal with invoice queries, over the phone and via email.
- Use our in-house systems to process customer orders and payments, update customer accounts and keep customers updated throughout their journey.
- Keep the branch looking clean and tidy, to make a great first impression on our customers.
- Maintain stock levels, carrying out regular stock counts and checking deliveries.
- Supporting with any other branch administration, as required.
Working Hours
Full-time Monday to Friday 07:30 - 17:00 with the requirement of working every other Saturday 08:00-12:00. There may be flexibility to suit the successful candidate.
