About the Role

Join our team as a Driver Recruiter where you’ll source, attract and engage qualified driver candidates for our expanding transportation operations.

You’ll build and maintain a candidate pipeline, manage compliance and onboarding, and collaborate across teams to ensure we meet our hiring goals and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and attract driver-candidates using various channels and platforms.
  • Screen and qualify applicants for role-fit and regulatory compliance (DOT/FMCSA).
  • Manage candidate pipeline, track status and report recruiting metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with transportation/hiring regulations and internal policies.
  • Coordinate onboarding of new drivers (paperwork, training, orientation).
  • Collaborate with operations teams to understand hiring needs and adjust recruiting strategy.
  • Maintain candidate relationships to ensure retention and good candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • 1 + years’ recruiting experience (preferably in transportation/logistics).
  • Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA hiring requirements.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

  • Being bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Experience hiring CDL-A/B drivers
  • Familiarity with industry software like Tenstreet or Driver Reach.
  • Understanding of logistics or fleet operations.
  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
