Research & Innovation Manager (Healthcare)
The Opportunity: Bridge the Gap Between Science and Innovation
Are you a researcher who thrives on seeing data turn into real-world healthcare solutions?
Our client is an award-winning UK brand at the forefront of microbiome science. They manufacture a highly researched, unique liquid-based supplement designed to help people restore their digestive balance.
Recently acquired by a global leader in lifestyle medicine, they are currently scaling their clinical research and innovation pipeline.
They are looking for a Research & Innovation Manager to act as the vital link between world-class clinicians, academic experts, and internal commercial teams.
Reporting directly to the Healthcare Professional Engagement Director, you will have the autonomy to shape a research roadmap and drive the innovation pipeline for a brand at the forefront of microbiology and nutritional science.

-
Expert Collaboration: Act as the central point of contact for CROs, medical writers, and leading global academics.
-

The Credentials: A BSc or MSc in Life Sciences (or a related field).
-
The Experience: 5+ years in a research-based role, ideally with a background in microbiology, nutrition, or probiotics.
-
The Technical Edge: You understand the “nitty-gritty” of GCP, ethical approvals, manuscript writing, and the journal submission process.
-
The Communicator: You can explain complex scientific concepts to a marketing team or a room of clinicians with equal ease.
-
The Project Lead: You are highly organised, capable of managing budgets, timelines, and multiple external partners simultaneously.
