- Performance Optimization: Constantly monitor and improve plant performance, identifying areas for technical enhancement.
- Project Management: Play a vital role in implementing engineering projects that improve operations across multiple sites.

Who You Are
My client is looking for a leader who balances high-level strategic planning with a hands-on technical background. To be successful, you will need:
- Experience: Proven experience in an engineering leadership role specifically within MRFs or similar heavy industrial environments.
- Qualifications: Formal qualifications in both Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, along with a minimum of an IOSH Health & Safety certification.
- Technical Skills: Essential welding skills for equipment repair. Proficiency in project management with a track record of seeing technical projects through to completion.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and inspire a diverse technical team.
- Additional Assets: Certifications in MEWPS, Forklift licenses, and First Aid at Work are considered highly advantageous.
