Senior/ Principal Scientist- In-vitro DMPK
Location: Cheshire
Our Client is a leading biotechnology research company that specializes in drug discovery resources and expertise and provides a unique high-quality service to their clients.
You will join a dynamic team where you will be actively discovering new drugs for a broad range of projects, therapeutic indications, and molecular targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Involvement in assay development and continuous improvement as required.
- Be responsible for the interpretation, analysis, QC check and reporting of in vitro discovery DMPK data.
- Plan and execute in vitro DMPK studies.
- Maintain accurate records of experimental data and generate reports.
- Line management of in vitro team members.
Skills Required:
- BSc/MSc and/or PhD in Pharmaceutical sciences, Biochemistry or related discipline with 4 years laboratory experience.
- Experience of quantitative LCMS/MS techniques as well as troubleshooting.
- Awareness and understanding of the role of ADME within research projects.
- Liquid handling/Robotics experience (desirable).
