We are looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our new clinic in Salisbury, MD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized behavior therapy services to neurodivergent children and adolescents in our clinic and in-home when needed. The RBT will work closely with their BCBA to implement behavior plans, monitor progress, and provide ongoing support. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate professional to make a difference in the lives of children and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and document patient progress.
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
- Provide individualized instruction and support to patients in clinic and home settings.
- Teach patients skills that will help them to be successful.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other professionals.
- Implement behavior modification techniques.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour, depending on experience
