We are looking for a temporary Personal Assistant to cover a role from 25th until 9th April, based near Baker Street for a fantastic finance company. Previous experience as a PA within a financial or professional services environment is essential.
This is a varied PA role to the CEO, from extensive diary management, meeting preparation, logistics planning, to organising lunch and running errands, so this role requires an adaptable and flexible PA. The ideal candidate will be calm, discreet and happy to get stuck in and add immediate value, working alongside the Chief of Staff.
They will require exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (particularly Outlook, Word and Excel), and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Diary management and coordinating meetings across multiple time zones
- Meeting preparation / materials for internal, external and online meetings
- Travel arrangements / itineraries
- Screening phone calls and managing email communications
- Supporting ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks
- Assisting with expense claims
- Running personal errands as required
Hourly rate: £26-31 per hour
