Our award-winning wealth management partnership client is seeking a no-nonsense, proactive and personable Team Assistant to join their broking team on a 12-month maternity cover basis, with genuine permanent potential for the right candidate. The successful candidate will provide front-of-house reception and comprehensive administration support to a team of investment managers. They will be confident communicating at all levels, comfortable engaging with high-net-worth clients, and will bring a calm, professional manner under pressure. A self-starter who is not afraid to ask questions and can juggle competing priorities, they will be organised, detail-focused and proactive in getting things done.

Minute-taking skills would be beneficial.  Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is desirable, and a background in financial services would be advantageous. A degree or equivalent qualification is preferred. What matters most, however, is the right attitude: someone cooperative, adaptable, and genuinely committed to delivering excellent service.

Start:  ASAP

Based:  Hybrid, 1 day WFH

\n\n

Hours:  9am-5:30pm Monday – Friday. Flexibility required: such as end of tax year

Duties include but are not limited to:

\n\n

    \n\t
  • Supporting investment managers with day-to-day tasks and meeting preparation
  • \n\t

  • Providing a professional reception service, meeting and greeting clients
  • \n\t

  • Coordinating client communications, including calls and messages
  • \n\t

  • Composing letters and emails; mail merge for marketing correspondence
  • \n\t

  • Maintaining and updating the client database (Figaro) and CRM system
  • \n\t

  • Coordinating account openings and transfers, liaising with relevant parties
  • \n\t

  • Organising meetings and client functions, including refreshments
  • \n\t

  • Assisting with marketing initiatives, such as coordinating printed materials
  • \n\t

  • Managing post, filing and stationery ordering
