We are looking for a Team Assistant / Office Manager for our client, a long-standing property investment and management company. They are seeking someone who can provide exceptional organisational and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

The perfect Team Assistant / Office Manager will be able to bring exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail. They must be able to communicate professionally at all levels while demonstrating natural problem-solving abilities and must anticipate challenges before they arise.

Adaptability is important as priorities shift quickly in the property sector. We are looking for around 1 year + of relevant administrative experience, ideally in real estate or property management, along with proficiency in MS Office and relevant systems. This candidate must excel at managing multiple priorities, maintaining efficiency and composure during demanding periods.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  1. Serving as the first point of contact for visitors and calls
  2. Managing administration including correspondence, filing, and supplies
  3. Coordinating team diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements
  4. Supporting property management activities including tenant communications
  5. Preparing professional documents and presentations
  6. Maintaining client databases and property records
  7. Handling basic accounting tasks and expense reports
