We are recruiting for a highly organised and detail-oriented Team Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to five C-suite Directors, for a well-established international education business.
The position would suit a degree-educated, polished and highly organised Team Assistant who is comfortable managing competing priorities with discretion, and thrives in a professional, collaborative, and commercially focused, fast-moving environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of meetings, travel, communications, and events across several departments.
Previous experience as a Team Assistant, PA, or in administrative support will be important, alongside a proactive and detail-focused approach. While previous experience in education isn’t required, a background in a similarly corporate environment, such as finance or professional services, would be desirable.
Contract: 12-month FTC
Start: June
Hours: 9am-6pm
Based: Fully office-based
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Provide administrative support to senior stakeholders, including diary management, meeting coordination and preparation of presentations and documentation.
- Manage complex international travel arrangements, ensuring smooth itineraries across flights, accommodation, visas and ground transport.
- Support interviews, internal meetings and events through scheduling, logistics, stakeholder liaison and on-the-day coordination.
- Day-to-day office administration, including expenses, shared inboxes, visitor coordination, departmental resources and general team support.
- Help maintain efficient team operations by tracking actions, managing materials and providing responsive support across the wider function.
