We are searching for a forward-thinking, creative and self-starting Team Assistant with oodles of positive energy to join a Finance Consultancy based in Central London, and provide an experienced level of all-around team support. This is a 6-month fixed term contract role.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organisational, prioritisation, and planning skills. They must be eager to learn and passionate about personal development, with strong team and collaboration skills.
The role requires someone with a strong track record in managing complex logistical tasks such as travel and calendar scheduling across multiple stakeholders. This is a varied role therefore, flexibility, multitasking, attention to detail and working to deadlines are prerequisites.
Written and verbal communication skills must be exceptional, with the ability to adapt tone and approach to suit various audiences, always maintaining professionalism and discretion.
At least 4 years of relevant experience within a high-growth and fast-paced professional services company, and proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, are essential.
Duties
- Provide administrative support to a team of approximately 40
- Inbox management
- Calendar management
- Assist with facilities and maintenance / contractors
- Complex travel Management of monthly expenses
- Organise post, couriers, and taxis
- Recording supplier invoices / resolve queries IT/AV support / coordinate with IT provider as required
- Meet & greet visitors and manage reception duties
- Maintain a tidy well stocked office environment
- Organise team social events
- Assist with the onboarding of new joiners / recruitment admin
- Maintain electronic filing and database systems
- Project support
