We are looking for an experienced and confident Team Administrator to join a successful legal consulting practice based in the City area of London, to provide essential assistance with the smooth running of their business support functions.
This role reports to the EA / People Manager and Operations Administrator; therefore, a wide and varied role, with the need for strong organisation, prioritisation and flexibility skills β someone used to juggling priorities, and a great work ethic is essential. The successful applicant will be bright and confident, and willing to get stuck in from day one.
1-2 years of relevant experience is necessary, alongside Microsoft, CRM and general IT proficiency.
Hours: 9am-6pm
Based: City – 4 days office 1 day WFH (usually Wednesday)
Start: ASAP
Duties include but are not limited to:
People Management / HR Support
- Staff offboarding support
- Scheduling training / appraisals / mentoring sessions
- Preparing appraisal packs
- Supporting maintenance of staff benefits
- Creating and communicating internal βhow toβ guides
Senior EA support
- Diary management β travel, meetings, etc
- Expense administration β filing receipts, etc
- Complex travel
- Arranging IT support
Operations Administrator support
- Drafting meeting agendas/meeting minutes
- Greeting clients/visitors
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Maintaining common areas
- Meeting room set up
- Maintaining office supplies / library
- Distributing post / scanning and filing
- Event support β internal / external
- Conducting conflict checks on request from Partners and Directors
- CRM administration support
- Support oversight of IT alongside IT service provider
